Required Documents for TAN Registration

1) Proof of Identity: i) For individuals:
Aadhar card, passport, voter ID, or driver's license.
2) For companies or organizations:
i)PAN card of the company, partnership, or trust.
3) Proof of Address:
i)For individuals:
Utility bill (electricity bill, water bill), bank statement, or rental agreement.
ii)For companies:
Registered office address proof (like electricity bill, lease agreement, or company’s PAN card).
4)PAN Card of the Applicant
i) A copy of the PAN card of the individual,
ii)company, or authorized signatory.
5) Bank Account Details
i)Information related to the bank account where payments or refunds are processed, including the
bank's name, branch, and account number.
5) Signature of Authorized Person
i) If applying on behalf of a business or organization, a signature from the authorized
representative may be required.
6)Application Form: Duly filled TAN application form (either online or offline).
